‘Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen’ – Hebrews 11:1
Faith is one of the key ingredients in our walk as followers of Jesus.
It’s so important we live lives filled with faith, not doubting, unbelieving and unsure of God – who He is and what He says. Today’s verse talks about how faith is having an assurance of what we hope for and a conviction of things we can’t see. In other words, faith is the unmovable certainty that God is who He says He is, that His word is true and the things we believe about Him are true, even when we can’t see stuff with our natural eyes.
Faith is simply a decision; you can chose to live with a faith-attitude. Be sure to do life today, filled with faith in God – knowing He is who He says and can do what He word says He wants to do!!
